Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tyler Childers official gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
